Recreation Commission
Mission Statement
The Kinderhook Village Recreation Commission is comprised of seven members. The principal function of the Recreation Commission is to develop and facilitate recreational programs and facilities for the benefit of the Village of Kinderhook. Annually the Commission organizes events that include but are not limited to the following: Easter Egg Hunt, Community Night, Halloween festivities, and the Summer Program. In addition, the Commission has historically recommended improvements to the Village parks and green space, and collaborated with other organizations to provide recreational opportunities to Village residents. The Commission welcomes suggestions for future programs or activities.
The Village Recreation Commission meets at 7:00pm on the second Monday of every month.
